1. When the door is opened, the voice prompt "low battery, please replace the battery"
This sound is obviously to remind the user that the Electric Lock is low in power and needs to be replaced. When this prompt sound appears, if there is no battery at home, it can also provide the user with time to buy a battery and replace it.
If the user still forgets to replace the battery after hearing the prompt tone, don't worry, you can use the power bank to temporarily power the door lock and then unlock it. However, it should be noted that the user still needs to replace the battery in time after unlocking, and the power bank is only temporarily supplying power instead of charging the door lock.
2. Voice prompt "Illegal operation, door lock is locked"
When the Password Door Lock enters the wrong information 5 times in a row, the door lock will send out a prompt sound of "Illegal operation, the door lock is locked", and the door lock will be locked because of this, and people outside the door can no longer use the keyboard or fingerprint to unlock the door. This is an anti-pick mode of the door lock. The user needs to wait for more than 90 seconds before the door lock will be unlocked, and then continue to enter information to unlock.
3. Fingerprint verification failed
Fingerprint Door Lock is not recognized successfully if the fingerprint is not entered, the fingerprint is too dirty or wet, the fingerprint is too dry, and the fingerprint is placed too far away from the entry. Therefore, when the user encounters the fingerprint recognition failure, they can try to wipe the fingerprint clean or slightly wet the fingerprint and try again. If the user's fingerprint is shallow or scratched, the lock can be unlocked by a password or a card.
