1. The Injection Molding factory should always keep the injection molding machine and its surrounding environment clean and tidy. The space around the injection molding machine should be kept as unobstructed as possible. After adding lubricating oil or pressure oil, the leaked oil should be wiped clean as soon as possible. Clean up any debris (such as rubber particles) on the glue cartridge before turning on the electric heating to avoid a fire. If it is not necessary to repair the machine or when necessary, it is not allowed to arbitrarily remove the thermal insulation protective cover on the glue cylinder.

2. Before injection molding, check whether pressing the emergency button or opening the safety door during operation can terminate the Mold locking.
3. When the shooting table is moved forward, it is not advisable to use your hands to remove the deep glue that has leaked from the shooting nozzle, in order to prevent your hands from getting caught between the shooting table and the mold, causing limb damage. When cleaning the material barrel, the nozzle temperature should be adjusted to the most appropriate higher temperature to keep the nozzle unobstructed. Then, use the lowest injection pressure and speed to remove the remaining rubber material inside the barrel. During cleaning, do not directly touch the newly injected rubber material with your hands to avoid burns.
4. Avoid leaving thermosensitive and corrosive plastics in the material barrel for too long, and strictly follow the shutdown and cleaning methods provided by the plastic supplier. When replacing plastic, it is necessary to ensure that the mixture of new and old plastic does not produce chemical reactions (such as POM and PVC heating in sequence can produce toxic gas), otherwise other plastics must be used to remove the residue inside the material barrel.
5. Do not cancel safety doors or safety switches in order to increase production speed. Before injection molding, it is necessary to check whether the mold is securely installed on the moving template and head plate of the injection molding machine. Pay attention to whether the ground wire and other wiring of the injection molding machine are securely connected.
6. When installing the mold, the lifting ring must be fully screwed into the mold lifting hole before lifting. After the mold is installed, the length of the safety rod of the injection molding machine should be adjusted according to the size of the mold, so that when the safety door is opened, the machine safety stop (mechanical lock) can fall and block the injection molding machine from locking the mold.
7. During the normal injection molding process, it is strictly prohibited for operators to remove injection molded parts from above or below the injection molding machine without opening the safety door. When repairing the mold or temporarily stopping production, the oil pump motor of the injection molding machine should be turned off in a timely manner.
8. During injection molding, if one person can operate it, multiple people are not allowed to operate it. Prohibit one operator from operating the control panel while the other adjusts the mold or performs other operations simultaneously.
