1. Requirements for product color. The products produced must be made according to the written requirements of the sample, generally without obvious color difference, and the glossiness must be good.
2. Appearance requirements. There should be no scratches or cuts on the external road surface, and there should be no other miscellaneous colors or materials. 3. Screen printing requirements. There are no signs of broken lines, blurring, uneven thickness, scattering, scratches, etc. All steps are carried out according to the operating instructions. 4. The style of the edges and corners shall be in accordance with the requirements of the drawing, with a flush guide circle and no abnormal edges and corners allowed. 5. The surface is flat, without obvious deformation, and there are no protruding points or bumps on the exposed surface. 6. Requirements for Injection Molding workshops. The workshop should be kept clean and tidy, free from dust. During injection molding of plastic parts, the outer layer of the molten material and the surface of the Mold cavity are immediately cooled to form a low-density solid shell. Due to the poor thermal conductivity of plastic, the inner layer of plastic components is passively cooled to form a high-density solid layer with a large shortening rate. As a result, the wall thickness, slow cooling, and high-density layer thickness further shrink. In addition, the presence or absence of pierced parts, as well as the structure and quantity of pierced parts, directly affect the bearing direction, density dispersion, and resistance to shortening. Therefore, the characteristics of plastic parts have a greater impact on shortening standards and directionality.
