When the viscosity was high, it easily adhered to the surface of the mold and did not flow, resulting in the mold not being fully filled, which would definitely result in incomplete plastic parts after molding. Therefore, when filling transparent raw materials into the mold, it is necessary to have a strong impact force and keep up with the temperature. The injection temperature should be used to improve its fluidity, so that these liquids have a strong impact force.

To control the injection problem well, it is necessary for the staff to be skilled and familiar with transparent plastic. If the injection step cannot be done well, the subsequent processes will be equivalent to doing nothing.
