1. Before the machine works, check whether the moving part is filled with lubricating oil, then start and check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and idle
the machine tool for 1-3 minutes. Do not operate the machine in case of any fault.
2. Keep the correct posture at work, have enough spirit to cope with the work, and leave the post immediately if you find any physical discomfort, and report to the leader. During the operation, the operator should concentrate on his/her mind. It is forbidden to chat and cooperate with each other. The operator should not operate in a state of irritability and fatigue to avoid accidents and ensure the operation safety. All employees shall check whether their clothes meet the work requirements before entering the post. It is not allowed to wear slippers, high-heeled shoes and clothes that affect safety. Those with long hair should wear safety helmets.
3. When replacing the
Mold, first turn off the power supply, and then start to install and debug the mold after the movement department of the press stops running. After installation and adjustment, move the flywheel by hand for two test punches to check whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, whether the screws are firm, and whether the blank holder is in a reasonable position.
4. It is not allowed to start the machine until other personnel leave the machine working area and take away the sundries on the workbench.

When the machine is working, it is forbidden to put your hand into the working area of the slider, and it is forbidden to take and place the workpiece by hand. Use standard tools when taking and placing workpieces in the die. In case of abnormal sound or machine failure, turn off the power switch immediately for inspection. After the machine is started, one person shall transport materials and operate the machine. Other people shall not press the electric switch or step on the foot switch board, let alone put their hands into the machine working area or touch the moving part of the machine with their hands.
6. When off duty, turn off the idle power supply and tidy up the finished products, leftovers and sundries on the post to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
