Precision mold
Start with material storage. If plastic material is placed in an unfinished container, the material will almost certainly be contaminated. Every injection mold factory has a lot of dust, dirt, paper
boards, wood, metal, grease and other potential contaminants. Contamination may result if material is stored improperly.
Avoid mixing. Putting the wrong materials together can not only cause contamination, but some materials (such as PVC and Z acetal) can also be dangerous when mixed.
If it is confirmed that the material is not contaminated, the possibility of contamination can be analyzed in terms of process settings, injection molds, injection molding machines, etc.
