1. Adjust the appropriate clearance of the Mold to avoid scratching the surface of the workpiece due to small or uneven mold clearance during the drawing process. 2. Increase the hardness of the surface of the concave and convex molds appropriately, and regularly check the surface of the concave and convex molds in the drawings, even if the residual metal chips are removed. When the hardness of the concave and convex molds is low, the surface, together with the metal waste, also causes tensile marks on the drawings of precision stamped parts.
3. Polish and polish the fillet radius of the mold to avoid rough surface of the fillet, and scrape the surface of precision stamped parts during the drawing process.
4. To maintain the cleanliness of the concave and convex die surface, the deep part of the blank needs to be wiped clean before precision stamping, to avoid the surface of the punch or material being unclean and mixed with impurities, so as to avoid damaging the surface of precision stamping parts and affecting the quality.
