1. The electromagnetic lock must be at a right angle of 90 degrees to the door frame
The electromagnetic lock can be installed on the door frame horizontally or vertically, but whether the magnetic lock is installed on the door frame horizontally or vertically, it is necessary to form a 90 degree right angle with the door frame. Ability and adsorption board show maximum tension.
2. No matter whether the electromagnetic lock and the adsorption plate are installed in any door, exposed or embedded, the force of the two should be "face to face" in a straight line, and the suction can reach 100%.
3. The electromagnetic lock needs to be hidden in the room. If it is an "inward-opening door", the electromagnetic lock needs to be attached with LZ or z-type auxiliary frame. The magnetic lock is installed indoors, because it is safe to expose it outside! When installing wires, it is best to hide in the door frame for safety.
4. The adsorption plate and the adsorption surface of the electromagnetic lock are not aligned
The magnetic lock and the adsorption plate are not completely aligned, not only the suction force will be affected, but also the magnetic spring inside the magnetic lock cannot accurately detect whether the door leaf is closed or not.
5. The adsorption plate cannot be locked. If there is a slight gap between the electromagnetic lock and the adsorption plate, the suction will be greatly affected. Therefore, when the adsorption plate is fixed on the door leaf, it is necessary to add "rubber gasket" to make the adsorption plate have the function of fine adjustment, and there is no gap with the touch surface of the electromagnetic lock!
6. The connection between the electromagnetic lock and the relay is "power off and open", so the power circuit of the electromagnetic lock should be connected to the N.C. contact on the card reader relay.
