1. Be sensitive when inserting the door lock card or sensing key card. Repeated and continuous card insertion or induction key card shall operate normally after the door is opened. There shall be no "no response" or "error" or "motor rotation disorder". It is not easy to investigate the information and timing of the door lock of this brand. As long as the performance of the Smart Door Lock is stable, those so-called additional functions may not have practical effect. The door lock with its own error correction function circuit shall be selected. If an immature product is selected, it may not be used or the maintenance work is very large.
2. When selecting the inductive card door lock, first check its sensitivity and then understand the static power consumption of the inductive door lock. Because the general inductive door lock uses dry battery power supply, it is important to understand the static power consumption of the inductive door lock. At present, some brands can use the four batteries of the inductive door lock for more than one year continuously, and some brands can replace the batteries less than one month. Frequent battery replacement will seriously affect the use.
3. When selecting the magnetic card door lock, you should know whether the door lock reader has its own encryption algorithm developed by the manufacturer, or whether it uses the universal magnetic card reader on the market. For example, if a card is written with a universal card reader, others can copy the card with a universal card reader without achieving confidentiality.
4. The selection of smart door locks depends on whether the material and surface plating of the door lock panel are uniform, whether the copper panel is made of copper or steel plate plated with imitation gold, whether the stainless steel plate is made of 304 stainless steel or stainless steel with a price of 2-3 times lower, and users can also choose PVD surface treatment. If electroplating surface is selected, it depends on whether the door lock surface has sealing protective paint. Keyu has always insisted that the products are genuine materials. For example, the nominal pure copper panel and handle must be pure copper. For example, the nominal 304 stainless steel material must be 304 stainless steel. Imported high-quality brass rods are used for calcining pure copper. The thickness and weight of the panel can be guaranteed. Electroplated coating completely meets the salt spray test standard.
5. The door lock shall be opened flexibly and smoothly by pressing the handle of the door lock. There shall be no serious "crack" or "chatter" mechanical friction sound in the lock body. The handle can be pressed down with gentle force, and the handle returns to normal position. The mechanical transmission cannot be lubricated entirely by oil, but depends on the compact connection of mechanical parts. For example, once the oil dries after a long time of use, the door lock will fail frequently.
6. The lock body with standard five-latch structure shall be selected, and the lock pin in the lock body shall be driven by motor. The force of the square tongue of the improved reinforced structure is mostly concentrated at the position of the thickest tongue (12mm thick), and the distance of the force point is much shorter, which makes the strength of the improved square tongue more than five times. While for other brands, most of the force on the lock body with the original structure not improved is distributed to the weakest part of the tongue tail (3mm thick) of the square tongue. If the force on the square tongue is too large, the tail of the tongue will bend and the square tongue will not be able to fully return and the door lock will not be able to open. Don't be misled by other so-called small lock bodies or new lock bodies, because that kind of lock body is modified after the structure of household door lock is reluctantly installed with an electric control part. Due to the different use environment and the increased use frequency, this kind of lock body has poor performance and limited life.
